Summit is Campus for Christ's annual fall retreat. It is going to be an amazing weekend for you to discover Jesus with students from Concordia, McGill, Carleton, U of Ottawa and Queen’s (*others in area welcome)! You will be able to learn more about Him through music, inspiring speakers and time spent alone with Him. You will learn how Jesus impacts our every day life and how to share that great news with those around you.

The speaker this year is Mike Woodard, National Director of Campus for Christ.

Price:
First Years Cost: $95; Upper Years Cost: $110 ($125 after Sept 27). This includes lodging, activities, snacks and all meals. Transportation from your campus is not included.

How do I get there?

There will be buses leaving from your campus to get to Summit. The transportation cost for each campus has not been finalized, but please plan on bringing $15 cash with you for the bus.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

What are the accommodations?

Everyone will be in a cabin with a group of 10-12 other students from your campus.  The cabins are in a rustic setting and are bunk bed style with padded mattresses and heaters.  You will need to bring your own bedding.

What if I don’t know anyone?

It’s ok if you don’t know anyone.  There will be plenty of opportunity to get to know people from your campus, especially on the bus ride up, in the cabins or during free time activities. Don’t be surprised if you end up making life-long friendships during the summit weekend.

What’s the weather like?

The weather may be warm but can be very cold.  Although the daytime can get as warm as 20 degrees, the evenings and nights have been known to dip below 0 degrees.  Please bring a warm sleeping bag/extra blankets, and a variety of clothes for layering, especially a sweater/jacket for the evenings. Also be prepared for rain just in case.
